Cancellation Policy

We recognise that things can change which may impact upon a booking you have made. As a small business cancellations may affect the viability of running a session and often costs for venue/equipment hire etc are not refundable. Therefore any course or workshop bookings are not refundable or transferable.

In extenuating circumstances we may (at our discretion) offer a credit against a future course or workshop if contacted within 48 hours of you making a booking. Any credit must be used within 3 months and is not transferable. Unfortunately we are unable to refund, transfer or credit once a course has started. We appreciate your understanding and support.

By participating in any training sessions, classes, workshops, or events run by Debs Canine Training Club, all owners agree that they take part at their own risk.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and controlled environment, Debs Canine Training Club cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to any person, dog, vehicle, or personal belongings while attending training sessions or on the premises.

Owners are fully responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their dogs at all times. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is physically fit, in good health, and does not pose a risk to others.

We love to share photographs and videos from our classes on our social media pages, but if you’d prefer not to be the star of our show please let us know.
